If a customer outside of Tamil Nadu orders and pays the cash, the cash will be returned and the product ordered will get cancelled automatically.

1. How are the artworks packaged? Our paintings are covered in plastic cover and sealed tight.

2. Who takes care of the delivery? We have partnered with Speed Post/Courier for delivery.

3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? No, we ship the product as soon as we receive the order.

4. How long does it take to process an order? An order is processed immediately. We ship the package in 1 business day from the receipt of an order.

5. How long does the delivery take? Orders getting delivered within 4 days from the date of order receipt.

6. Do we deliver outside Tamil Nadu? No.

7. Can order be cancelled? No.

8. Can order be returned? No, since the return can reach back to us in a bad condition if not properly sealed and packed.
